Live Well: A Free Wellness Program
The LiveWELL NEWLife program designed by exercise physiologist and life coach, Mary Pagan, is a comprehensive program focusing on Nutrition, Exercise, and Wellness topics that can improve your life, one workout, one step, one change at a time.
Mondays: Healthy Monday NEWLife Class
8:30 am - 10:15 am
Start your week with the Healthy Monday mile followed by a total body workout of aerobics, strengthening, and yoga. The class ends with a relaxing, motivational and informative Wellness education session. A weekly meatless recipe provided. BRING: Water, Weights (1-5 lbs.), Broomstick, pen or pencil.
Tuesdays: LiveWELL Balanced Life Workout
9:00 am - 10 am
A rejuvenating class that is a true combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Ballet movements to improve flexibility, balance, and posture. BRING: Water, Exercise, Mat or Towel.
Tuesdays: LiveWELL Triple Threat Workout 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A total fitness class combining aerobics, strength training, and flexibility focuses. The class utilizes Zumba, Jazz, sports conditioning, hip hop abs as well as yoga, tai chi and broomstick ballet. The class ends with a Ten Minutes to Transform Education Session. BRING: Water, Exercise Mat or Towel, Broomstick.
Wednesdays: Zumba Gold Class 9:00 am - 10:00 am
A great workout designed for those who want to be ‘fit for the next fifty'. A combination of low impact Zumba moves, easy to follow sequences, and gentle ending stretches. BRING: Water.
Thursdays: LiveWELL Balanced Life Workout 9:00 am - 10 am

A non-impact class that is modifiable to ALL fitness levels. It combines strengthening and flexibility sequences focusing on major muscle groups and core strengthening. BRING: Water, Weights (1-5lbs), Exercise Mat or Towel.
The classes will be held behind the Griffin Visitor Center at the shuffleboard courts.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday programs take place May 13 - August 26;
Tuesdays and Thursday programs take place June 4 - August 22.
